Responsible Leadership

Within Amundi, our CSR goes beyond compliance with legislative requirements. It’s a commitment to integrate social and environmental concerns into our mainstream business operations worldwide.

At Amundi Ireland, we are taking steps towards putting our Global ambitions into real actions and have launched several local initiatives to do this, such as our Co. Wicklow forest project, where we have reforested 5 Ha to help combat climate change and biodiversity damage. We have also removed all plastic cups and cutlery from our Dublin hub.

We value the importance of integrating and supporting our most valuable assets, our people. In Dublin we have 28 nationalities represented in our office. We are committed to educating our employees and management on diversity, inclusion and equality as well as fostering and nurturing a learning culture.

We know the importance of building trust and developing partnerships with community groups and voluntary/charitable organisations. Not only we seek to make a positive impact on the lives of those we help, but we believe that giving back is the right choice, and essential for our long-term sustainability.

Amundi Women’s Network Ireland

Established in 2020, the Amundi Women’s Network Ireland believes it is important for women to be represented across all areas of the business and we are committed to creating a culture where everyone has the ability of reaching their full potential in the industry. We are proud to partner with National College of Ireland to support women into finance through a 3 year scholarship programme which will provide financial support, as well as a paid internship to gain direct experience working in one of Ireland’s biggest asset managers. The scholarship, which commences in September, 2022, will be accompanied by a mentorship programme, open to a wider group of female students, wishing to gain experience from Amundi Ireland’s pool of over 350 financial services professionals.
